2006 Annual Training Calendar
A. Types of Training.
These will be mixed client events. Courses 1 through 5 are certification-based. StreamLearning is a return to an annual celebratory theme open to any user and friend of our network.
1. FTT - Facilitation Training for Teams. This is the three-day schedule as currently configured. It is a foundational course and a prerequisite for an expended course for practitioners at the organizational and systems level.
2. CWT - CapacityWare Software Technical Training. This course is not yet represented on the annual course schedule. It will likely be incorporated as a half-day or full day during the week of all other curriculum offerings. As dates are scheduled it is anticipated that an e-mail will be sent to potentially interested users so that agenda items can be tailored to the specific needs of those confirming attendance. This will be most flexible part of the schedule.
3. CWP - CapacityWare System Training for Practitioners. The scope of this course incorporates the full client library with Web supplements. The course is designed to prepare practitioners to engage the full range of service available through the CapacityWare system of change. It is NOT a software technical course. Rather, in part, it will include a software "potential/feature" orientation.
4. OCS - Organization Change System for Practitioners. This course is an intense treatment of the Organization Change System (book one of the five book library) so that the practitioner will fully understand the change cycle implications and requirements. CWP is a prerequisite for this course.
5. RGB - RGB for Practitioners. This course incorporates all aspects of RGB certification. Aside from practical demonstration it is the only RGB certification course required. FTT is a prerequisite for this course.
6. FTP - Facilitation Training for Practitioners. Practitioners who will guide change efforts above the team level and have completed FTT with appropriate experience are ideal candidates for this course. It helps prepare facilitators for large-scale interventions at the organizational and systemic/community level.
7. SLU - StreamLearning for CapacityWare Users. This annual event celebrates organizational progress made through the use of the CapacityWare system of change. The atmosphere is light and celebratory. Awards presented will cover a wide range of criteria - some serious, and some inspiringly humorous. Participants will come prepared to both give and receive recognition.
B. Training Availability.
Dates set aside for the 2006 schedule incorporate both CPN and related client training. All dates are subject to refinement a minimum of two months prior to the event.

9. September 26-29 - FTT - Facilitation Training for Teams
10. October 23-27 - RGB - RGB for Practitioners
