This course includes some fundamental group facilitation techniques. The emphasis is on the facilitation environment supported by CapacityWare Technology (software, process designs, and literature). Learning and applying this technology provides a comprehensive Program Management solution to any organization where groups make recommendations for change or make decisions that impact capacity.

RESIDENCY 2 - RGB Certification
The Residency opportunity is scheduled four times during 2007. This is the only course resulting in certification as a Quality of WorkLife Practitioner. The complete CapacityWare Technology Library is distributed and reviewed during the five-day course.

Residency 3 - CapacityWare Software Certification
The CapacityWare Training Day option is divided into a BLUE Morning and a RED Afternoon. Each session is deigned to appeal to the needs of Program Managers in the morning and CapacityWare Administrators in the afternoon. This division of interests has been the innovation of those who attended early designs where both group were in the same training sessions together with less than ideal results. Here's the explanation.

AM sessions are primarily BLUE sessions designed for Program Managers and CapacityWare Administrators. Over-arching topics are: How can program effectiveness be improved? How can I measure a return-on-investment more accurately? How can I best link program activity to organizational goals?

PM sessions are primarily RED sessions designed for CapacityWare Administrators to master scheduled topics (How to get the software to do what you want it to do!). Every session will have a core topic, but participants are always encouraged to identify topics that are important to them before or during the session.
