Organization
Overview.
As people in organizations learn, this knowledge becomes part of the
organization culture and therefore the organization learns as the individual
parts learn. An important reality is that not all learning is productive
or positive. As adverse learning occurs it becomes embedded in the
organizations patterns and often must be undone and replaced by more productive
and positive learning. A simple approach to changing the patterns of
learning to a more productive and positive result is the application of a simple
routine, but not necessarily one that is easily installed. Individual must
take the initiative to ASK for feedback and listen to what they receive without
discouraging the cycle.
