Tasks with Talent
Overview.
There are three basic profiles available through the RGB technology lens:
Individual Profile (of requisite talent available in an individual), Composite
Profile (of requisite talent available in a group), and Task Composite (of
requisite talent needed to perform a a task successfully - skill, knowledge, and
abilities aside). When matching the talent available with the task(s)
requirement the result is a measure of compatibility and potential capacity.
