Generic Event Preparation and Follow-through Requirements

PRE/POST Event Requirements Protocols


Potential use of following checklist (recommended only when all named individuals have access to the software):
Name - Provide the Name of Title of the individual who will complete the action identified.
First - - Status - ASSIGNED, URGENT, CRITICAL, READY, DONE, etc.
Second - - Suspense Date - Month and Day the action must be completed.
Third - - Completed Date - Month and Day the action is completed - also change status.

SAMPLE:
Joe - DONE - July 7 - July 5 - Update materials - pay particular attention to new handout materials.

The use of this protocol will enable CapacityWare to list specific lines on the Event Priorities Report.


Instructions: Highlight the lines below (all or any section desired), then place this information on the clipboard by using Ctrl + C. Paste the information into the PRE/POST Event Requirements window in the CapacityWare Activities module using the PASTE action button.
