9:00am to 10:00am - Open to anyone in a client organization or invited guests.

10:00am to 11:00am - Open to facilitators and trainers.

11:00am to Noon - Open to HR representatives and Change Agent Administrators.

Noon to 1:00pm - Open to CapacityWare software Administrators.

1:00pm to 2:00pm - Open to Client Executives.
