Ten Element Approach - ODI uses a unique ten elelemnt approach to assist organizations in their change efforts. The approach can be engaged by ODI consultants or by internal organization developers with certification.
Executive Team Development. An integral part of our consulting mission is to keep the executive team informed, and one step ahead of the changes we help install in their organization. This is done both with literature and frequent visits. In many cases, this can be accomplished as part of the regular staff meeting agenda.
One-on-one Coaching. ODI consultants work with key decision-makers in our client organizations to help them understand and accelerate the impact of our interventions. In addition, regular "tag-up" meetings keep everyone informed of progress.
