This Logon sequence is designed to identify the individual who will be currently using or whose record will be used to provide input and display results.

At the Main Menu...

Click the Logon Button:



The following screen appears:




Several options are available to the user from this screen. Double clicking any name will return the user to the Main Menu with the double clicked name in the lower box indicating that this logged on user will the focus of additional inquiry.

By clicking on either the "New" button or clicking on "New" from the "Respondents" pull down menu in the upper left of the screen, the user can logon a new user. This process will Initialize the new user's record. Upon registration, it is important that Initialization occur so that everyone using the system will know all other active users.

Clicking the "New" button will bring down the following screen:



Enter the name - Last Name first, First name, and a Middle name or initial as desired.


Clicking the "Respondents" button will also enable the user to edit information attributable to the respondent/user. If "Edit" is selected, the following screen is displayed:



Any information desired can be changed on this screen. Note that the Other: field is often used to display such technology as MBTI scores like "INTJ." The DR, DG, and DB fields hold the Task RGB scores used to calculate "Capacity" in the MTT-RGB workshops.

If Demographics are entered, or other information is changed/entered, clicking the "Save User" button will save the information and return the user.
