CapacityWare engages up to five levels of security that are governed by a combination of password and software registration codes. End-users may view all their own responses to instruments in combination with groups of three or more co-workers but are not provided access to any individual responses from members of those groups. The highest level of security is assigned to the sponsoring CapacityWare Administrator who can access any information the system has to offer with the guarantee of anonymity required by the system.

Security Login...

1. Click on the appropriate CapacityWare Icon at the desktop.



Note: CapacityWare will initialize by performing several checks to determine if access to required files is attainable, and to determine if the user's copy of CapacityWare is the most current copy. The user may have options that can be exercised to upgrade their system before they proceed.

2. A security password window will appear calling for information from the user.



3. Enter or select the User name (LAST, FIRST).

4. Enter the appropriate Password.

5. Click on OK.
