How to interpret survey results.
How to ensure the the personal-inventory component of diagnostics is understood.
How to interpret the link between personal inventory results and survey results.
How to prepare and present the diagnostic report for effective follow-on activity.

The 5-Phase Change System.
Marketing and Entry.
Data Collection.
Standard Report Features.
Report Delivery and Follow-through.
Sustaining the Diagnostic Relationship.
Materials include:
A complete :How to..." manual explaining all the details needed for success.
An "XYZ, Corp" Report package that describes what the client will receive.
A study set of survey items from which to choose while assisting Data Collection
Teams.
Who should attend:
Organizations normally look to one person as the coordinator of internal surveys.
The individual is typically located in the personnel or human resource department
or an equivalent structure (but not always). Often, an alternative is an individual
located in a department associated with "quality" efforts. In any event,
the individual is expected to be able to address issues affecting the quality of
work life in the organization as that quality of work life impacts performance and
productivity (and ultimately profitability.) To be most effective, this event should
be attended by two individuals, a primary and an alternate.
Also, this system
is designed for organization development practitioners who require an advance technology
to diagnose the complex elements of organization culture accurately and be able to
implement a deliberate strategy for remediation, when required.
