Description:
The Team Facilitation event incorporates four fundamentals: Graphic, Group, Process, and Cultural Facilitation Techniques. Emphasis is placed on the group facilitation environment. Participants learn theory and engage in an intensive practicum during the three-day event. Upon completion, participants are encouraged to engage in a practicum experience that would earn credit towards certification. Those completing the course are also encouraged at attend Learning Exchanges to share their experiences.

Materials:
Participants receive a three-day manual binder with handouts, and transcribed charts from the experience.

Abilities:
Upon completion, participants will be able to team-facilitate in the group and non-group environment with confidence.
