GEM Registration

The first place prize is awarded annually to the individual with the most bone fide gems awarded by a Certified individual and registered using this form having met the following criteria:

is a subscriber to "The RGB Way!" periodic e-newsletter published by QWLC - Optional.
has responded to at least one e-newsletter survey/poll - Optional.
has completed at least one on-line examination/form for a topic appropriate to the event attended.
has completed an RGB Inventory within the last 5 years.
