Interest in organization development (the ODI way) as a student opportunity.

FOR THOSE SEEKING AN INTERNSHIP WITH ORGANIZATION DIAGNOSTICS, INC.
Organization Diagnostics engages the talents of a limited number of people who desire to learn about organization development as a career. This is often done through an internship learning program whereby people exchange their hard work for the opportunity to learn specific hands-on skills in the organization development field. We believe that this program benefits our profession, our company, and those who participate.
If you are selected as an intern, you will be asked to participate in several of our on-going events to be certain that you understand our corporate philosophy and our standards of performance. You will be assigned to a mentor for your project work so you will always have a point of contact who will also learn from your relationship and the project you will be assigned. Much of your work will be done either under pre-planned solo conditions, or in a one-on-one mode with your mentor. Some work will also be done at team meetings, small group functions, or possibly at client events. Time may be available for evening work -- that will be up to you and your mentor to decide.
You may request materials that will provide you with a brief overview of our company and what we'll expect from you before we continue. The last two pages of these materials contain an application we'll expect you to sign and return as soon as possible. If accepted, your mentor will contact you, provide additional materials you will need, and schedule a first meeting to discuss project possibilities with you.
I hope that you will consider an internship with Organization Diagnostics, Inc. I look forward to meeting you at one of our future events.
Sincerely,
Joseph J. Lacroix
