Cultural Learning - We partner with our clients to learn new ways to apply our culture changing Technologies during special StreamLearning and other events conducted each calendar quarter.

Core-Phase Learning Events. Each of the three core phases of our 5-Phase System contains an event designed for the specific progress made by a clients system through the cultural change effort. These learning events prepare people for the cultural shifts they are about to encounter so that they can be successful immediately.

Practitioner Learning Events. Practitioner events include a combination of short "night school" and "day school" courses designed to provide advanced practitioners with the understanding and experience they need to be successful as Cultural Realignment Consultants. Events may range from evening classes on short-topics, to classes that span several weeks and cover topics in depth. A schedule of current offerings is normally available well in advance of the quarter during which the events are offered.

Self-study Research Programs. Our organization development library is available to students interested in pursuing special topics of interest within the scope of our work. Resources include: over 300 focused books, a variety of OD-oriented periodicals, plenty of video and audio tapes, and a versatile "extract" data base. Naturally, we also have all the internet connections anyone could desire.

Literature Review and Integration. We boast 100% compatibility with popular technologies in use by other organization development practitioners. Our clients benefit because we are a one-stop-source for them in getting the richest change-agent assistance at any price. Our organization development library is without challenge the most extensive private collection known outside the University environment. Our professional library serves our consulting teams as well as being open to our clients.
