Staff Biographies
Joe Lacroix - President and Founder.
Joe has devoted a full career
to learning about the implications of organization culture on organization profitability.
He began his self-directed research in 1976 in Washington, D.C. Following formal
education in the organization development discipline, he began LTI in 1989 using
the Cultural Realignment Technology he authored as the company's foundation. Since
that time he has continued to perfect the Technology and further refine the software
that support LTI's unique Cultural Diagnostic capabilities.
Elizabeth
Lacroix - Vice President.
Elizabeth has a background in systems management.
She specializes in LTI and QWLC's Cultural Diagnostic Workup, as well as coordinating
consulting teams and the business operations of the firm. As the focal point for
all consulting activity, she provides workshop production and support services to
teams operating in the client environment and coordinates administrative requirements
across operating teams to assure consistency. Elizabeth also owns and operates QWLC,
an independent organization development company.
Dorothy Shupe - Librarian.
Certified Practitioners have completed or are engaged in a course requirement
AND practicums that demonstrate their ability to successfully apply the knowledge

recent years she has maintained a private practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor
while serving as a consultant to systems in crisis, a staff developer, a change agent,
and curriculum developer. She has led team-building and strategic planning programs
with boards and staffs of various nonprofit agencies.
