Business Operations. Our business platform processes are effective and efficient. They incorporate the use of our own Technology to create a cash flow that breathes vitality into our dealings with vendors, employees, and customers alike.
Event Production. We maintain a stringent 5-Stage event production process that assures full service to match the needs of our clients in every way possible. Each stage is under the watchful eye of our specialized consultants to assure we achieve maximum flexibility while maintaining strict standards of performance for every event.
Technology Publication. Our Technology is self-developed and published for our own exclusive use. It incorporates the full range of products and media required to deliberately change an organization's culture in a predictable way, on time, within budget and to the Client/Sponsor's satisfaction. Rigorous reviews continually refresh our materials and consulting approach to assure responsive products and services.
Facility Selection and Support. Aside from our corporate offices in Newport News, Virginia, we also maintain client-focused work facilities. Our primary facility is on the harbor waterfront at Hampton, Virginia. We are also acquiring property for a retreat center on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay for off-site work with selected groups in a relaxed out-of-town atmosphere. Each location has the most efficient equipment and advanced tools possible to assure our success and compatibility with each client organization.
Selection and Development of Consulting Teams. Our process for selecting teams and team members is arduous. We normally spend over a year getting just the right person to fit our client's culture (and our own) so that our high-standard corporate signature is maintained.
Memorabilia. Our buyers are always on the lookout for memorabilia that will help our clients change in predictable ways. Hundreds of items have been purchased over the years to accelerate change and make it more rewarding and deliberate. We also take ample photographs of events as they unfold as a remembrance.
