Leadership
and Management in the New Culture
Who should attend?
People having influence over an organization culture
should attend - that means anyone in an organization. Some people, however, have
more influence than others. Both formal and informal leaders in an organization,
managers, and supervisors (regardless of title) ought to be given the opportunity
to attend. Some events are more suited to management than non-management, and are
described as such in the brief description provided below.
What is the
Seminar Series?
The Quarterly Seminar Series collection is comprised of a
variety of events from several disciplines. The collection provides the intermediate
client system the opportunity to sample a wide range of events as a cohesive series,
or allows the full-service client an opportunity to augment initial in-house event
iterations embedded within long-term intervention offerings .
When
is each seminar presented?
The Seminar Series is a new offering presented
on a recurring schedule throughout the year. Specific dates are listed with each
description. Although we reserve the right to cancel any offering because of low
registration, we'll do so with great reluctance. To find any scheduled event for
a specific month, consult the Annual Calendar.
Where
will the seminar series be offered?
All offerings will take place at the ODI
Quality of WorkLife Center at Hampton Harbor, Virginia.
How
much is the tuition charge?
Individual seminar listings contain prices which
are subject to change. Arrangements can also be made for organizations desiring an
"outsource" configuration with extreme discounts - inquire! Our pricing
policy requires that we make high quality full service organization development opportunities
available to all organizations.
Why is this seminar series unique?
Until
now, these offerings have been closed - we've presented these topics to our client
organizations exclusively, normally in their facilities (with only a few exceptions).
With our growth and the opening of our new facility, we are able to offer these events
in a more open atmosphere, contain the costs which might otherwise have increased,
and bring organization development topics to a general audience of smaller organizations.
Everyone wins with this scenario!
