We continuously refine and further develop our Technology to assure maximum client impact.

CapacityWare. We have developed our own software package to assist consultants (internal and external) with a comprehensive diagnosis of an organizations capacity to perform its mission and adapt to required improvements.

Model Structure. We have developed and continue to refine nine interactive models that accurately represent organizational life. These models provide a backdrop against which current conditions can be measured, and through which remediative strategies can easily be determined.
Research. All popular works are examined quickly to determine compatibility with our model structure. Our pledge is to synchronize our efforts with the best practices that the field of organization development has to offer.
Synchronized Integration. Our Technology is fully synchronized (appropriately timed for release over the five phases of Cultural Realignment) and fully integrated so that just the right piece of literature is available when needed.
