100 CapacityWare™ software Counters or Licenses - a $500 value or,

A CapacityWare™ Client Library - a $792.95 value or,

A Half-day QWLC Workshop - $1,250 value,

AND

A seat on the CapacityWare™ Users Council* for the award year.

Conducted each year in January for all activity during the previous year.

All organizations that have CapacityWare™ software installed on any computer.

The winner must be the user that meets the winning criteria.

"The Biggest User" is that individual from among all users with the highest use rate.

Use rate is calculated as the highest combined score in all of the following categories:

"Counters - Licenses" used during the year.

Surveys created, and submitted.

References added, extracted, and submitted.

Best Practices authored and submitted.

Generic processes authored and submitted.

Events registered, and submitted.

Upgrades requested.

Number of reports produced and distributed.

Number of "visits" for the year.

Number of "invitees" managed.

*The CapacityWare™ User Council is a small group of users that meet, normally in January at minimum, to recommend development priorities for the system in the coming year.
