Video Improvement Project


CapacityWare technology and applications are designed for the classical organization development environment in the community infrastructure environment.

Project Purpose: To improve multi-media (particularly video) products and services that aid users in understanding CapacityWare applications.

Missions:

Create Video Productions of client events for client users.

Create MS PowerPoint Presentations for certified consultant users..

Create Video Productions of all aspects of CapacityWare Technology applications for certified consultant users.

Goals:

Upgrade current products to highest available standards of quality.

Create the highest quality new products possible consistent with the priorities established by the needs of Marketing and Event Production.

Establish continuity among and between all video productions such that each product builds on the consistent storyline of previous productions.

To realistically portray the full range of diversity within the context of the entire series of productions.

SPOONS

This is a brief 5-minute presentation used to visually describe the rules and methodology to play the SPOONS game to large audiences. The video has been shot (September 2006), it has been audience tested (October 2006) and requires minor modifications before becoming finalized and available to certified consultants. Availability is exppected by December 2006.

CHECKING US OUT or BECOMING FAMILIAR

This is a 7 to 10 minute marketing-oriented video designed to help potential clients understand the way we typically engage with a new client organization. Menu driven viewer options will allow more detail descriptions for those who desire them. The general scene structure has been written. The dialog is being written.

Preproduction Casting is expected to begin in November 2006.
