Organization Diagnostics, Inc. has adopted the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) as its primary professional affiliation, and has informally agreed to maintain a Board of Directors presence beginning in 1992. Currently, all Directors of the company have been on the ASTD Southeastern Virginia Chapter Board of Directors. Joseph J. Lacroix is a Chapter Past President. We continue to apply appropriate company assets to ASTD programs, including the donation of our time and talent to community service projects.

Organization Diagnostics, Inc. is also a member of

the American Society for Training and Development international organization,

the International Organization Development Network,

the American Management Association International,

the Association for Quality and Participation, and

local Chambers of Commerce (both Peninsula and Southside).

In addition we are a charter co-sponsor of the Virginia Beach City Community Quality Day.

Our Virginia network is primarily connected through Virginia Business MagNet.



We are members of the Virginia Center for Innovative Technology.

We have also exchanged URL's with Greater Hampton Roads, and

have a Community Service Web site at Hampton Roads.
